Begin your journey with a morning departure from Fès, heading toward the alpine town of Ifrane, famously known as “the Switzerland of Morocco.” Continue to Azrou, where you’ll explore cedar forests and encounter wild Barbary macaque monkeys. After a scenic lunch stop in Midelt, drive through the dramatic Ziz Valley with its lush palm groves. Arrive in Merzouga in time for a stunning sunset camel ride across the Sahara dunes.
